As an executive chef, he has worked with The Drake Hotel, Alias Restaurant, and The Stissing House. His recipes have also been published in national and international publications, including Better Homes & Gardens. Anthony also co-authored “The Last Schmaltz: A Very Serious Cookbook” alongside Chris Johns. Anthony is now the executive chef founder of culinary company Rose and Sons, as well as a consultant for brands and clients in the hospitality field. He attended the California Culinary Academy.
