Add the sugar and one 0.8-oz. bag freeze-dried strawberries to a food processor. Process until very finely crushed. Cinnamon Whipped Cream

In a medium bowl whip 1/2 cup cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon. Whip until stiff peaks form.
